Haiti - Elections : Meeting of the OAS with the Haitian authorities

José Miguel Insulza, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), arrived today in Port-au-Prince, where he will meet President René Préval, Prime Minister Jean Max Bellerive, the authorities of the Electoral Council Provisional (CEP) and the Chief Electoral Observation Mission of the OAS-CARICOM, Colin Granderson.
