Haiti - Politic : Ratification of Prime Minister this week ?

Rodolph Joazile, the President of the Senate said that "The President Michel Martelly has just convened the 49th Legislature [on vacation], in extraordinary Assembly, for the meeting of ratification of the Prime Minister-designate." Without specifying a date, President of the Senate stated that this ratification will take place this week "as the President of the House of Deputies and myself had said to the President Martelly during our meetings last week, we need a Prime Minister who is able to maintain the balance within the society and that inspires confidence to everyone to facilitate a out of the crisis" Rodolph Joazile added.

Sen. Moise Jean-Charles (INITE) stated that if the documents of Mr. Daniel Gérard Rouzier meet the constitutional requirements, he should pass smoothly this first step.
