Pipe blast devastates Mexican city

Video filmed moments after explosion shows San Martin Texmelucan covered in burning oil. A massive pipeline explosion has destroyed parts of San Martin Texmelucan, a city in central Mexico. The explosion was apparently caused by thieves trying to steal oil, but the extent of the damage has surprised Mexican officials. Twenty-seven people have been killed and hundreds left homeless.
